Christmas Cut-out Cookies

Ingredients
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 0.5 Cup Shortening
- 3-4 Cup Flour
- 3-4 Tsp Baking Powder
- 0.5 Tsp Salt
- 0.5 Cup Milk
- 0.5 Tsp Vanilla
Preparation
- Cream together Eggs, Sugar and Shortening
- Alternately add wet (Milk and Vanilla) and dry (Flour, Baking Powder and Salt)
- Use the same amount (relatively) of Baking Powder and Flour (i.e. 3 tsp to 3 cups), and aim to make dough that is not too stiff or sticky.
- Roll out a hunk of dough with a rolling pin, and cut into shapes with whatever cutters, cups, or anything else you have handy.
- For extra fun, cover cookies with sprinkles or frosting.
- Place on lightly greased trays, and bake 7-10 minutes at 350°
- Cool on paper towels and enjoy!
